Mine has good apple aroma and carbonation sort of like champagne. It's not as sweet as I had thought it would be, but is very good. Maybe this year I will add sugar if the cider doesn't have enough natural sweetness. I'm down to about 5 bottles, apples won't be ready for a while, might have to make a bigger batch this fall. Might also change yeast and switch to some w/ less attenuation, though English Cider yeast worked well
