Drink Belgian or nothing at all!!!!

My experience is that you hit it right or you don't. When I started down high gravities, it became apparant to watch nutrients, pitch rate and temp. You can try to pitch another batch of yeast and nutrient and raise temp and I'm sure it will do something but it never seems to do as well as doing it all out the first try. That's a big'gun, can't wait to taste it.
