I wish I could have joined in for the OVHA BYO brew, but I had to make do with doing two batches Sunday. Actually I mashed and lautered the porter Saturday night and did the boil Sunday morning.

Brewed a Kolsch on Saturday and Brown Ale on Labor Day.
If your beer doesn't come out exactly right, call a brew-over!

Yesterday was the first time brewing the exact same recipe...Total Eclipse IBA/CDA/Black IPA/whatever!

an other some what Labor less day.
I put a Dark Wheat (Dunkelweizen)

5lb Wheat red malt
3lb Brewers malt
1lb Munich Malt
8oz Caramel malt
6oz Special B malt
2oz Chocolate

i am trying to up grade the dark wheat that i made with a extract before.

Dutch I bottled an 8.5% Raspberry Lambic this year if you want to trade a bottle. :)
