Yeast is happy, RIMS is rebuild, brew-stand is raised, pump is repaired. plate chiller is re-plumbed, grains are ground, unless I'm missing something I'm brewing Sunday. It's been a long dry 2 months, hope I still remember how. Plan on starting @ 9:30.

Looks good and you are getting a jump on the Big Turkey.
With the WLP051, I would make sure you don't go over 68°, I suggest @ 66° or cooler.

Good Luck

Whoops! Forget to include the brew day! Sorry about that, Art.

I will be brewing this on Friday (Good Friday) April 22nd, starting at 8am.

Thanks for the yeast advice Don, I will keep it cooler then. I usually ferment at 64° for most of my brews...

I'm doing a brewing demonstration for a few people at my church this weekend, Saturday, May 21, starting at 1:00 PM.

Read more about it.

Directions to St. Peters UCC: Take Diamond Ave west until it becomes two-lane. St. Peters is on the left, one mile past the flashing light at St. Philips Road.

I'm brewing Your Foolish Hearts.
