Not sure what you are looking for...have you ever tried Hopville? It is free and pretty cool http://www.hopville.com
Here is what I got:
Malts:
86% 8 lbs Mild Malt 4 °L
11% 1 lbsMunich Malt 9 °L
3% 4 oz Special B Malt 180 °L
Mash Efficiency 75%
Batch size: 7.0 gallons (I guessed)
Hops:
1.50 oz Cascade [7.10 %] (60 min) pellets
1.00 oz Cascade [7.10 %] (5 min) pellets
Avg. boil 6.0 gallons (I guessed again)
Original Gravity (1.031 to 1.037) 1.035
Final Gravity (1.007 to 1.009) 1.009
Color 8° SRM / 16° EBC (Gold to Copper)
Bitterness 35.4 IBU / 11 HBU ƒ: Tinseth , does not have a way to add dry hop though.
There is also a page for configuring your process...
Good luck!

Re: anyone have Brewsmith
For a five gallon batch on both Beersmith and Hopville the OG is around 1.051, the FG is 1.012, the ABV is just over 5%, the SRM is around 11, the IBUs are mid-40s and the BU/GU is close to 1.00.

Re: anyone have Brewsmith
I don't normally boil my orange peal and spices. I put them in at knock out to keep all the good stuff from boiling away. If you want extra orange notes like Blue Moon, skip that dried orange peal stuff and zest your own fresh. I get a variety at the store, navels, blood, grapefruit, whatever I feel like. Do a light zest and stay away from the white pith under the skin, it is extra bitter. Some people even put a little fresh squeezed in there
