• Current head count for bus trip: OVHA 30, Jasper 18=48 total. 50 is cutoff to leave room for coolers, etc.
• Dutch has repaired the CO2 distribution "Squid" for the beer cart
• Dutch has obtained additional orange and yellow lighting for the beer canopy
• Dutch is constructing a box to hold the club canopy
• Big Brew is planned for May 7. Primary location choice is the side lot at Germania, with a secondary choice of SWIRCA for possible concurrence with a new BBQ contest.
• Lengthy discussion ensured on our limited number of taps for events. The club will purchase an additional jocky box to bring our total to 24 taps to help solve this. If more than 24 beers are donated, at least one from each member will be on a tap and rotated so all member donated beer will be served at some point. Caveat: a bad beer will not be served. Additional overhead signage will be created to give equal billing to all beer donated. The line will be split in two (or three) with the help of some standing signage being designed by Dutch and having a member or two in the crowd directing/advising on which line to get in for which beer. Jack may supply body painted female models listing all the beers instead.
• Door prizes are now "member only".
• Jeff Smith appointed Master At Arms. Duties include managing meeting sign-ins and distribution of door prize tickets.
• Half Pot set at $1/1 and $5/10
• Some discussion again on creating two (extract/all grain) rental brewing systems for members use.
• Some discussion on creating or purchasing a pressurized glass rinse station for festivals.
