Re: Brew Day Open Invitations
Have my system most of the way back together and plan on brewing Saturday.
I have to work at our Kiwanis breakfast till @ 12 am then starting the brew.
All grain (Some type of wheat beer) stuff..
Using the RIMS and a decoction mash.
I have temporary burners in, still waiting for new orifices for the old low pressure burners.
It might be interesting or exciting depends..

Re: Brew Day Open Invitations
Of course not. It is a TOTALLY different recipe than HNBC. I am using .6 oz of Columbus hops, not .56oz. And further, I jacked up the Goldings to 1oz instead of the measly .92 oz that you might find in similar beers.

I will definitely bring some on the road trip!!

I will be brewing Sunday (2/27) beginning around 8:30am. I'm located just off the Lloyd on the far west side about 3/4 of a mile inside Posey County. The address is 11126 Reynard Dr. If you're using Google Maps, it's an Evansville address. Let me know if you need directions. My home phone is 985-0924 and my cell phone is 449-4535.

The more the merrier! And yes, it will be an all-grain brew. The recipe itself will either be sublime or a train wreak. We'll know in a month.ArtCox wrote:I'd like to see a all grain brew.
