I bottled my Superior Strong Ale (Clobberhead) Saturday evening. I used Madisonville City Water for the boil, but when I racked from the secondary to the bottling bucket it smelt like a sewer, but the taste was good. I had a FG of 1.015 which is right. Will this smell carry over or will it mellow after a month conditioning in the bottle?
