today was our first time using the aluminum bottles and we decided to use mike's shark steamer first then used the water jet to get anything loose in the bottom to clean them and it worked great. You couldn't even touch the bottles they got so hot from the steam inside and then we soaked them in star-san for 10 min This will now probably be our new standard procedure because it worked that well

they worked so well I think that we are in the process of getting rid of all glass. The aluminum is great because the bottles are 16 oz. and they DON'T BREAK when you get a little foggy in the head
