Yes, your pouring with Fred's Finest all night.
Just joking. I don't have a schedule.

The radio people are coming to Turoni's next Monday (08/16) at 7:15pm. If you have any beer for them to taste bring it then or get it to me before. Is any bottles of the barrel brew available?

I've got some bottled OVHA barrel beer I can bring. I'll bring the brewer's cup BOS for tasting, and 2nd place Hef too.

About the club tent: I have this currently and will be bringing it to SWIRCA. However, I will not be able to stay the entire night (if I can even be there at night.) Is there anyone who has a bit of space that would be able to take this home with them. I don't have the measurements, but it is in a long plastic storage tub right now.

Thanks

Chris - don't worry about it; we will get it taken care of and stored.

I've signed up to serve, but, never done the SWIRCA before, do I need a ticket?

What time should we show up and will we have a place to keep our beers cold before the event?

They usually ask for set-up starting at noon or so but there is never anyone there. Brewers and vintners usually show up about 3-4 at the earliest.
There is usually space in the fridge or even the walk-in freezer [it would probably make it easier if you brought a hand-truck].
As a fall-back we could get ice from SWIRCA and maybe a shady spot.
I'll bring a couple of tubs

We can store any cornies in the brewery's cooler.
