burner advice

Hiya,
I'm considering buying the Bayou Classic SP50:

I like this particular design because of the height. I'd like to be able to siphon my cooled wort to the carboy without breaking my back lifting a 60 quart kettle with 5-10 gallons of wort.

What I'm afraid of is:
Will only 3 legs be stable enough? and
The first link above mentions "Bayou Classic does not recommend using the SP50 with any stockpot larger than 44-quarts!".

I probably won't be doing 10 gallon batches any time soon, but I did get a 15 gallon pot just in case.

Also, is 55,000 BTU good for boiling this amount of wort?

Has any one used this particular model and/or does anyone have another recommendation for a burner that has a tall but sturdy base?

Jeremy,

Looks like it will work fine to me. I use the same style of burner in my set up and it heats 10 plus gallons just fine. As for the height and legs I'm sure a lawyer added the part about the maximum number of quarts to cover their butts. Looks pretty sturdy, but i would fill it up with cold water and set it on there first before the test run to make sure it is stable.
