Nice work with the stand Dutch! Looks great with the lag bolts and all.
We just need to figure ou how to pimp it out a bit with some club orange. Maybe paint the casters orange, or some orange flames with OVHA painted on the header and varnish it all.
You gonna buy one, or be one?

Checked the gravity this morning on our child and she is at 1.013. Has a very complex taste and wonderful aroma, I think it should blend good with he bourbon. I hope we have enough to save out without the barrel.

Looks like it all came together, can't wait to sample.
@ 7% ABV should be a nice beer.

I may have originally said that we can transfer the brew from fermenter to barrel on Sunday, but My son's birthday is Sunday, and I am working Saturday. I am not sure if Dutch will be back, but if we can do this Friday evening sometime, it would be great. We just need a wooden Keg, and a couple of people. If not, we may have to wait until Monday evening or Tuesday. But I think its ready to go...

According to an earlier post, Dutch was planning on being way through this past Tuesday, March 2.
