That's an excellent list there, thank you for that Don. I wonder if those 2 burner rigs on the BayouClassic site would be useful.

I've seen a pics of them being used with two 1/2 barrels.

They sit too close together to use as they are.
and they were concerned about them being able to hold the weight of 2 full kegs.
