Hop Union Hop Rhizomes

Hop Union sent me an order form for rhizomes. Varieties available for 2009 are: Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Fuggles, Glacier, Golding, Hallertau, Horizon, Liberty, Mt Hood, Nugget, Santiam, Sterling, Tettnang & Willamette. Prices are $2.90 1 - 20, $2.50 21 - 99, $2.00 100 - 199, $1.70 200+. Order needs to be placed by March 01, 2009.

Hop Union called to notify me of a hop rhisome quarantine in Oregon. The varieties Liberty, Santiam, Mt Hood & Sterling are not available this year. Their recommended substitutes are Hallertau for the Liberty & Santiam and Willamette for Mt Hood. Sterling doesn't have a recommended substitute. Are the changes ok or do you want to replace your selections?
