I think it would be nice to dedicate the 7-tap box to pouring some of the hop experiment beers. We need some signage on it explaining what the deal is.

Do we want to set up the demo table?

Other than that I've got kegs of:
American Rye-Wheat
American Amber
ESB

I'll be in Amsterdam/Belgium.
I'll try and celebrate from there. :)

Jane Hormuth, our contact for the Brew Ha Ha, has asked for volunteers to pour from 8 to 10. Anyone interested?

I'm going to be there so I can help if they need it.
(being my first time at Brew HA HA is it just like the SWIRCA's event?)

It is similar to SWIRCA with the big difference being that besides Turoni's and us, all of the beer is bottled and supplied by the distributor.(Working this year) They also issue a sheet of tickets when you enter, so we have to collect the tickets before we can give a sample.

Here is the beer menu for the Brew Ha Ha. I think that we will be very popular with the educated beer drinkers this year.
No Dubbels, No Trippels, No Lambics, No IPAs, No Scottish, No Stouts, No Indiana Breweries. Sad.

I have been assigned to work 2nd shift pouring for "Island Oasis"

Should be a good night for the "gimme the lightest thing you got" crowd at the commercial beer tables.

I told Jane it was a mistake to go with Working instead of World Class. OVHA & Turonis will be popular.

I did hear several comments on the lack of good beer indoors. However, as predicted, we were popular!

Overall, it was a great night. The only real downside for me was that I had two kegs stolen from my truck as we were packing up to leave. One was that new one I won up in Indy last year.   I thought for sure Brad and Nathan were playing a trick on me, but that was not the case. Some low-life mouth-breathers decided it would be a great idea to swipe some kegs from the very people that put blood sweat and tears into the beer that we graciously served them all night long. Fuckers.

On a happier note, I snapped a few pics on the cell phone:

Sorry to hear about your kegs. May all beer put into them go bad. I have all the taps cleaned & ready for New Harmony. I do have a extra regulator & CO2 manifold. I think it is Dwayne's.

Really sucks to hear about your kegs getting ripped off Chris. Probably one of those "malternative" drinkers hopped up on ginseng and guarana. Nice pictures.

Thanks to everyone that participated. There was a lot of great beer given away to strangers. I'm sure we satisfied some of our old fans and that we made some new ones. We might even get a few new members out of the deal. :beer11

I am missing my regulator and manifold Jack. I'll try and get together with you to pick it up soon. Thanks for cleaning the cart and getting it prepped for New Harmony.

Didn't think the "Godphone" could take such good pictures.

Sorry to hear about your kegs. Wait till they get them home and find out they have no way of getting the good stuff out of them. I have a couple of extra empty ones if you need some right now.
