AHA Big Brew and One Wort Many Beers

Post by Tom Wrinkles » Fri Apr 15, 2022 8:06 am

This year, we are combining Big Brew Day with one wort many beers. Damsel's will be making the wort and you will be adding whatever you want to create your very own, unique beer. Come out and get your wort on Saturday, May 7th and brew with us in the parking lot at Damsel's or take it home and brew.

Please sign up and include volume if you would like to take part in the one wort many beers brew day. We will add information to this post as it becomes available.

The mash recipe will be similar to last years:
91.7% Cargill Euro Pils
5.0% Sugar Creek Pale Ale
3.3% Cargil Munich
Mash temp 154 @ 1.39 qt/lb grist ratio.
