A question abou legality...

Post by Davin » Fri May 23, 2008 7:00 pm

Does anyone know the legality and process for serving homebrew at a wedding in Indiana? I'm getting married in MMarch of 2009 and we would like to serve homebrew as well as homemade wine at the reception. anyone have any info on this sort of thing?

My understanding is that if you don't sell it you are OK. You are just having a few friends over for a beer(and a wedding!) :D

Congratulations!
I would think that as long as you have someone with an Indiana server's license pouring and you don't charge, you'll be OK.
