Great price on Lager Yeast!

I pulled the trigger on this brick of yeast today! $80 for 500g. Supposed to be the same strain as 34/70. I always use 2 packs of 34/70 for a standard gravity beer, and it goes for $7 a pack. This price breaks down to $1.79 per 11.2g pack. If anyone would like some, let me know. I’ll be brewing A LOT of lagers this year!!

Weber had plenty of dry yeast, and a handful of liquid last time I was in there about a month ago. If you haven’t been in there in awhile, they now have a little room dedicated to beer and wine supplies

Southern Indiana Butcher Supply in Ferdinand has a really good variety of brewing supplies. Also barbecue supplies. And near St Benedict Brewery!
