All Leftovers Vienna Lager

5lb German Weyermann Pils
5lb Vienna Malt
2lb Munich Malt
1 lb Carapils
2oz Carafa III
1oz Northern brewer Hops @ 60min
1oz Hallertau Mittlefreu @ 15 min
1oz Hallertau Mittlefreu @ 5 min
2 packages Saflager Yeast

I'm brewing an orange smoked stout with azacca hops. It is still fermenting and is right at 5.4%.
