Evansville Wartime Museum HANGAR BASH 11/16/19

SAVE THE DATE!!

This year’s Hangar Bash happens on November 16, 2019 at the Museum, 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. Must be 21 to attend.

Please see sign up sheet below to volunteer. This is a great indoor event with excellent food, we could really use some donations and help for this one!

*Tickets are $50.00 per person. Includes prime rib or shrimp grilled on-site,
*beer by the Ohio Valley Homebrewers Association,
*wine and tea. Sangria, Mai Tais and Manhattans available for purchase.

*Silent Auction and prizes for best military, camo and 40s or 50s period dress.

Wartime museum has asked for copies of our servers licenses for insurance. can everyone serving please email me, skybuttrum@gmail.com

Wartime museum wants to know if our volunteers want Prime rib or shrimp.

Please, if you are going to volunteer, I need a copy of your servers license and if you would let me know your preference for Prime Rib or Shrimp I can get that over to the Museum

Also for the servers Licenses, if you just take a picture of it with your phone and picture message or email it to me that would be fine, thanks!

We have 6 beers and 7 volunteers, I don't think we need any more volunteers at this time
