Zoo Brew June 1st 2019

Post by Jordan Fehr » Sat May 11, 2019 12:31 pm

It's that time again ya wild animals!

Zoo Brew is coming up Saturday June 1st at 5 PM. This is one of the best attended events and the Zoo is always excited to have us and has been great about providing us with everything we need to serve up great homebrew to all the attendees. I have the sign up doc attached, so please detail when and how you would like to help. Flood us with beer donations! Remember, if you sign up for the tear down, make sure that you come back to Turonis and help unload. Looking forward to this excellent evening!

Alli and I are in!

I'll have a maibock keg, can bring last year's club barrel, and some bottles of rye IPA.

We'll load up, and set up, serve (7-8 pm hour), and unload. We've still got a truck so I'll drive it for equipment transportation purposes.

I don't know if I will make it or not. That day is my girl scout troops "water adventure day" in Cannelton, IN. Don't know if we will make it back in time or not. If so I will bring two kegs

Everyone please be sure and check your expiration dates!

And remember you need to have a physical copy of your Servers Permit AND Indiana Server Training Certificate WITH YOU (while serving) in order to serve. Excise won't make any exceptions, nor will we!

Anyone making root beer? I'm not sure if I've got kegerator space. If no one is, I might be able to squeeze it in.....

I've never made one but we should definitely have something like that at the booth.

I'll try and make a non-alcoholic ginger ale

That sounds awesome. However, I know Chris Davidson is making a Hard Ginger Seltzer too.

I managed to open up a spot in my kegerator for the root beer. Carbing up now.

I've got a non-alcoholic Ginger Beer carbing up so we'll have a couple of options :beer4

Should we label them "Whatever" and "I don't care"?
