A place for Open brew day invites

Post by Jam095 » Wed Jan 30, 2019 2:16 pm

If you are planning to brew at home soon, and would like to welcome company, this is the place to let everyone know! Whether it be one person just hanging out while you brew, or a dozen show up with their own brewing gear, brewing with friends is always fun!

Hey all!
I'm getting my new 65L brewzilla all in one electric kettle delivered this coming Monday. I'll be on vacation next week and planning on brewing a black rye pale ale on Wednesday the 20th.

I have to get some electric hooked up to power this 220v beast, but I hope to be on schedule. :)

Anyways, I know it's a work day and also I don't know many of you very well, but what better way to get to know someone than over a beer! And it would be fun to have another brewer over for this thing's maiden voyage.

On tap:
Dry Irish Stout
Creme ale (Citra dry hopped)

Location:
Westside near USI

I am brewing tomorrow morning around 10 am if anyone wants to see how to brew all grain. I'm making ten gallons of brown ale using an English yeast in 5 gallons and an Irish yeast in the other 5.

Call or text if interested in witnessing the small miracle of the conversion of malt into beer!
