Join us on Saturday, October 13th from 6PM - 9PM at the Museum for a buffet dinner, and live entertainment! Brandon Shutt asked me to put his name on the list to help out on the 13th. I plan on having 5 gallon of Berry Wheat to donate as well.

Sky,
Got an EMAIL from Tyler McReynolds about needing some info for their temporary permit submit gal -( essentially a list of what we would be serving)
Give him a holler ASAP
Here is EMAIL
Dutch,

I know you helped us with the Hangar Bash last year. I have been working with Josh for this year's event. He got married this past weekend, and I am sure is having a great time on his honeymoon. I wanted to forward the permit information for the event to someone. If you have decided what will be donated for our event, please have someone send me that information, so I can complete donation letter. Thanks for your help.

Im going to need help with the loading and unloading, Ive got a babysitter booked from 4-10pm which means i wont make it over till 430 and will have to leave at 930. I could probably load up the night before unless somebody else can commit to helping with loading and unloading?

My plan for tomorrow is to load up at Turonis in the afternoon, say noonish, then go back home and meet the baby sitter and leave 4. Then head to wartime museum at 415 and set up. I may bring the equipment back to Turonis on Sunday so I can be back home by 10.

Hey Sky,

I will be bringing 2 beers but me and amanda wont arrive until around 6. Can you make sure that there are 2 pin lock fittings for the gas and beer sides?

I can give you a hand loading tomorrow afternoon if you let me know when you'll be at Turoni's. I'm not sure exactly where the venue is but I can also help you set up later on. I'll bring the tablecloths, beer and rootbeer with separate gas and tap.

Im planning on loading at Turonis at noon, I have an SUV that will fit everything and keep it dry in case of rain.

The venue address is 7503 Petersburg Rd, Evansville, IN 47725

It is by the Dairy Queen on 41 close to the Evansville airport

I have some of the club barrel quad that was left from the Brew Ha Ha; there's not much but it might be enough. I'll meet you at the museum and help with setting up.
