Hi, entries are dropped off at the November meeting. You can register at any time up to that point. The website where you submit your entries will be ready sometime this month.

New to the club and never entered a competition before. I brewed my beer already and was considering adding a particular fruit to it. In looking at the BJCP styles I noticed that Fruit Beer is it's own category. Does this mean that fruit can't be in the entry I provide and would disqualifying for the style I submit for?

Thanks,

Ryan

Correct, fruit beers are a separate category. If the beer you brewed is a style selected for this year's Big Turkey competition, I'd add fruit to only half of it and submit the base beer. If the fruited half is good, maybe save 3 bottles for 2018 Indiana Brewer's cup. :beer9
