Now confirmed with Jeff Smith of EBH that we will be able to crush and press our remaining apples at our event at the EBH this Sat 11/4.
Should have everything on trailer.
For the five who missed the original event, don't forget your cider containers. :beer4
We should start around nine or so?

Glad I only added one 5g pack of Safcider to my 4 gal batch. Got down to 0.996! May need a little backsweetening, but tastes good!

.998 with WLP002.. back sweetend with 1 cup sugar and 1 can frozen apple juice. Still a little dry but very tasty!!
