Hi everyone. Just signed up, not sure what took me so long to find this group. I have been brewing for about 1.5 years. Started with extract and turkey frier setup. Moved to all grain with last holidays gift of a grainfather. Still working on dialing in my setup for repeat good brews. One reason why I joined was to get any local info on the Evansville water, and just a quick search really helped me out. Also looking forward to interacting. Also need to work on my ferment temps with a controlled chamber.
Enjoy most all beer categories.

Re: Hi All - Evansville
I have done a bit of work on a retired chest freezer and inexpensive controller good for +/- 1 deg C.
Others have done so as well.
PM me for help and you can stop by to look at what i've done.
