First Partial Mash
I'm about to do my first partial mash with some 2 row Pale Ale Malt,6 row Victory Malt,Golden Light DME,Halletuer Pellets.Anybody got advice? Forum seems dead,lately

If your trying the partial mash, then I'm sure you've read a little about the procedure so no step by step guide is in order. If your grain isn't already crushed, you'll have to crack open the kernels some way. You can use a rolling pin to roll and hammer away at them in a zip lock bag, or if that was broken over your head the last time you had a boil over in the kitchen, you can use a heavy pot or pan, put it in the driveway and run over it with the truck a few time, etc. before adding it to your nicely heated water.
Main point is just relax, have a homebrew, and don't worry. Even doing things the wrong way can turn out good beer. But your recipe sounds like you're on your way to a tasty brew.

I'm sure that you have already searched the web for partial-mash articles, but here is a link to the best one that I've seen written for those who posses basic kitchen equipment. For some reason, some of the characters in the text are twisted.( a dash is displayed as

Wow,thanks for the link, Dwayne_Delaney,Very interesting article.Some info I didn't know.Very cleverly written,in spite of the screwy text. .also thanks to john mills for the good advice .Yes,I'm sure it will be tasty.
