Re: ZOO Brew 2017-June 10th 2017
The list is filling up, nicely done everyone. It looks like we have a couple more spots for wrapping up. I plan on tearing down so I could always help out towards the end of the event.
I also show that we have 20+ beers for this event. It looks like we are bringing it again this year!

Roon and I can take the last 2 late server spots and we can help tear down. I won't be able to make the May meeting.

Sounds like we have all of our spots filled and currently we are up to 30 beers! Nice job everyone, it sounds like we will be having a great variety of brews at this year's event. I'll confirm the server schedule with Sky and bring the list to the meeting to be sure all the scheduled times work for everyone. Since Jordan and Amanda are requesting to serve I'd say we could put you both at the VIP hour or list you both for backup? We will find a spot for you both.

I can bring a 3 tap jockey box and a keg of star san. I'll bring the a CO2 tank and regulator too. Or I could bring my 6 tap cart, but I'll need help loading it.

Re: ZOO Brew 2017-June 10th 2017
I have submitted the volunteer list to the Zoo.
Zoo Brew 2017 is almost here! We hope that you are as excited as we are about this fun night out at Mesker Park Zoo. Zoo Brew would not be possible without your participation and support. THANK YOU! Please read the following to make the event setup run as smooth as possible. It is important to note your entry gate below as you will NOT be allowed to enter another gate due to the traffic flow inside the zoo.
1) NEW THIS YEAR: All vendors MUST have a vendor wristband to enter zoo grounds. vendor packets will be available at your check-in gate starting at 3:30PM.
2) SETUP – FRONT GATE
· Please come to the Front Gate of the Zoo at 1545 Mesker Park Drive. At the gate, you will be greeted by a Zoo Staff member who will direct you to your vending area.
· Note that vehicles are NOT allowed to enter through the Front Gate. All setup will need to be done by hand truck.
· For help finding an electrical outlet, please any Zoo Staff member
· Ice will be delivered to your table during the 4-5pm setup time
3) SCHEDULE:
· 4PM – Setup Begins
· 5PM – Vendors must be setup and ready to roll. VIPs begin to enter event through entrance at the back of the Zoo
· 5PM-6PM – VIP only access
· 6PM – General Admission Gates Open
· Throughout event, Zoo Staff will be making the rounds to check-in with you regarding trash removal and other needs.
· 9PM – Event Ends – tear down should be fairly quick, but we do want to stay organized and mindful of vendor vehicles moving in and out of the Zoo. Zoo Staff will be on hand to help direct this traffic.
Once again, your Zoo could NOT make this great night happen without you guys. Thank you on behalf of all of us here at Mesker Park Zoo & Botanic Garden!

I'm bringing a 3 tap jockey box and co2. Also 10 gallons of line cleaner. Do we have plenty of ice tubs?

Wow what a great evening. Just about every thing worked really well. Four servers worked really well. Maybe could have used five even but people would be tripping over each other. That last hour was a real ZOO! A well-oiled machine.
