ZOO Brew 2017-June 10th 2017
Zoo Brew is right around the corner! We need some Volunteers!
We will need the following for this event:
1. Those who can set up/tear down (you can do one or both, we won't turn down any extra help).
2. If you would like to serve along with your availability (If you would like to serve, please know you will need a server’s license.)
3. What can you offer or donate to the event (bottles, kegs, root beer)?
4. This event is rain or shine so keep that in mind.
The event may be limited to a specific number of volunteers but we will accommodate how ever many volunteers we can. At this time I don't know of a limit, I think at this point we’d like to get a number and a list going to at least get everyone locked in. In the past some volunteers were given priority due to helping with set up/tear down, and they had a beer to donate as well which gave them priority.
Please respond to this thread if you are available, and then Sky or myself can add a spreadsheet to this page with specific times for serving, donations, etc. Please let Sky or myself know if you happen to have any questions!
LINK TO ADD YOURSELF AS A SERVER, SET UP, TEAR DOWN, DONATE BELOW:

I've filled in the first few spots in the order of this post.

I'll list myself to serve, set up, tear down, and I'll see about having a summer brew to bring. I'll create a Google doc here soon to where everyone can edit the form. I'm filling in the block with an orange color to confirm what I've filled in from this post. I should have it posted sometime today.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to help or even attend. One of my best friends scheduled his wedding that day.
It is likely that I will still have a donation.

We can bring a cider and what's left of my Weiss bier. Jenny and I can also serve if needed any shift.

I finally make it this year! We can bring the non-barrel stout, some cider and another TBD. Jamie and I can both serve. I renewed our licenses today. Everyone remember to check your expiration!

Re: ZOO Brew 2017-June 10th 2017
Sounds great Kenny. Thanks for filling in the spreadsheet as well. It looks like we will still have the last hour to fill up, along with some set up and tear down slots as well.
So far the list looks great. We are up to 17 beer donations and 11 servers!
Does anyone happen to know if we have to have a VIP beer this year or something like that?
I will have bottles of my Oatmeal stout but it's not as fancy as the bottles Josh brought last year.

Re: ZOO Brew 2017-June 10th 2017
I added 3 more keg donations from me. Could not figure out how to make the cell orange. This doc was not as easy to use as the one Jordan had.
Amelia and I bought tix so plan to be 'visitors' and ad hoc help. But we can serve the last hour if you need servers. Usually there is plenty help at that time since folks are headed to exit anyway.

I can load-up, set-up, serve, drink, tear-down.
I'll be bringing English Mild, American Wheat, Coffee Stout, All-Centennial IPA.
Also, I'll be buying a ticket.
