There will be openings for servers as well as those to serve OVHA Homebrewers.

We are still looking for volunteers for Brewbeque this year. If you would like to participate go to http://www.brewbequeinfo.com and click on "Volunteer Registration". We will send you an email once you have signed up. The deadline is March 27, 2017. We hope to see you there!

I'd likely be up for serving. I may have a beer to lend at that time as I've just ordered supplies for it. Count me in if you have a spot and I'll let you know closer to time about what I have kegged.

Is anyone keeping a list of who's helping? I'm worried about committing since I'd have to back out if one of the girls have an issue.

Confirming signup sheets will be circulated during meeting tonight. They (the sheets) will also cover setup and teardown. Additionally, we will be soliciting servers for other venders at the Brewbeque in one-hour shifts. We will also have another club meeting before this event.
