Grains should have shipped today. I expect they will be delivered Wednesday.

The grains are in. Shipping cost worked out be be just under $0.11 per pound. With shipping your all-in cost is:

Josh - Weyermann Pale Wheat - $45
John D - Rahr Standard 2R - $32.50 Rahr Premium Pilsner - $35
Cesar - Weyermann Premium Pilsner - $44
Jeremy - Weyermann Pilsner - $45
Club - Chateau Belgian Pilsner - $46 x 3

Grains can be picked up at the barrel brew or during normal business hours.

I thought the plan was to get 4 bags of base grain for the barrel brew?

Actually I bought 7 bags, so there is plenty if you need more than 3 bags.

Four brewers are going BIAB and bumping up with DME, so we'll actually end up using 149 lbs all together. That will put us 16lb under the 3 bag mark.

It would be nice if the spare 16 was not milled if at all possible...

Here's the recipe, Jeff. We have 13 brewers, 4 using DME -- which would reduce 5lbs of base grain per batch.

I don't want to make it more difficult on you... If it's easier to mill all 149 pounds together then shoot for that. I was just not sure how big your mill was.
