So I've always used plastic carboys and some batches rinse clean easy enough with some hot PBW and shaking, where as others are more difficult.
Now with the Big Mouths you have the ability to reach your arm in there, but wondering what is the safest bet for something to wipe plastic with. Any suggestions?

I use a soft dishcloth in my regular PET carboys. Push it in there with a little water and swirl it around to get the dried krausen. I would think a soft dishcloth would be acceptable in a big mouth.
