Ok, count me in! I should get some parts in this week to fix my big kettle so I can do a full 5 gallon BIAB.

Oh, I have a bottle of Knob Creek from the barrel we will be using. Who has the Twinkies?

I typed the wrong gravity a couple days ago. Gravity was 1.023. Gravity today is now 1.019.

Gravity yesterday was again 1.019. Fermenter was moved into main cooler to crash cool. Beer will be ready to rack to barrel tomorrow. Do you want me to do it, or is there anyone wanting to come out in the near future to get it done.

I figured that we'd just let Norrick take lead on that!
Won't there be about 15-20 gallons of excess 'un-barreled stout' that we need to get kegged from that? I won't be free until Saturday or after 6PM on Friday but I do have two empty kegs
