Double batch of Hoppy Wheat (BIAB). Lots of Amarillo's and a few other things since I didn't have enough. Close to a Gumballhead clone.

Moved out the Berliner Weisse and moved in a Danish lager..

Brewed a Scottish Shilling 80. First brew since July and first one on my ten gallon system!

Moved out 15 gallons of cider [and bye the way, the gelatin worked great] now back sweetened and flavored with apple and cherry. Carbonating and will keg! Some 1l bottles as well.

2 gallons of blackberry wine. Made with wild blackberries (been frozen for a few months though).

9.7% Blueberry from a midwest farm last season. Finally had time to use them.

Pie pumpkins sprouting in the garden for Pumpkin Ale this fall.
