Vendor Problems

I ordered a thermometer from Perfect Brewing, for my brewpot. They mailed me an empty box. The phone number I found off my visa for them, said the number was disconnected. They are also not returning emails so far. Anybody know about these guys or possible contact info, short of sending Vinny to their door?

I'll update this if they end up resolving the situation but I'm unhappy at the moment. I had to file a dispute over the credit charge.

I finally got a response that my credit card will be cleared of the charge and I think a dock associate might be in a bit of trouble.

I should have one from Northern this week. :)

I asked to just be refunded because I didn't get a reply. I thought it best to order from somewhere else if I wanted to ensure I had one for this weekend.
