I just ordered two reconditioned steel 4lb CO2 tanks from Beverage Elements (description below).  I only needed one as a spare, but with shipping it was more cost effective to buy two and I figured someone else could use a spare also.  Let me know if you're interested.  All-in cost $35.00. Nice compact size for smaller counter height kegerators!
This tank has a 4 pound capacity with 2015 psi.  Includes a New CGA320 valve standard for co2.  
Reconditioned steel with certification and fresh hydro within 180 days but more typically 60-90 days.  
Great for home brewing beer, soda or tea.  
Measurements – 4.5” Diameter x 20” Tall with valve.  Note the height can vary by 1/4" - 1/2" inch
