Materials available to Club Members
Just wanted to recap what I have for club members.
These items are essentially at cost [or significantly less]
Oxygen system - includes tank[full], tank handle, regulator, 7' tubing with ends - $40
Oxygen refills - have a number of bottles $$?
0.5 micron stone - presently out of these
Stainless tubing for stone - approximately 24" to oxygenate more effectively $3
Static Igniters - varying arrangements [battery operated] including wire and electrode $20
Dip sticks - club donation
Mash Paddles - $20
In about 2 months I will have grain mills
Welding services [stainless] are available as well
Temperature controllers - 1 deg C regulation with 10Amp compressor capacity prewired $25 [will need notice]

I would like to get an oxygen system. Can you bring it to the meeting next week?

We need to set Dutch up a PayPal account (to help support his traveling habits).

I would be interested in a mash paddle. Will you be at the June meeting?

Re: Materials available to Club Members
There were some people who wanted oxygen systems at our last meeting who may not have gotten on my list. Please reply to this thread if you are in need as I have a limited amount of oxygen bottles and regulators. Be specific with regard to oxygen bottles, oxygen tubing, stainless dip tube, stones, regulators, etc.

Re: Materials available to Club Members
Came across a good bunch of oxygen bottles in Atlanta that my Brother-in-law picked up for the club. Bonus was - they were already full. This would have gotten them in big trouble if they were shipped and discovered.
Also made up a bunch of simple plastic pipe protectors for stone and SS tube combos.

Dutch,
I need a bottle and regulator. Do the regulators have a hose barb? I already have a ss tube and stone. Do you have flow meters to measure the amount of o2 pumped in to the wort?

Re: Materials available to Club Members
Grain Mills are in the process of parts machining. I will be out of pocket from now until Aug 23rd. Then gone again the first three and a half weeks of September.
We have not set a price for these yet pending cost to manufacture but I would think they would be in the $50 range?
We had also talked of making one a "loaner" to club members as a trial rather than having to buy one and rarely use it?
Either way I don't see them coming available before Thanksgiving?
