Hello from the NHC in Philly. I just spoke with Anita Johnson from Great Fermentation. There are entries available. They've had computer problems which have screwed up the registration process. If you still want ti submit a beer, go to the website and keep trying.

Confirmed, as of right now I can submit entries. doesn't do me any good unless someone is planning on taking them to Indy. At the meeting didnt somebody say they were planning on making the drive today?

And now the website button for "Finished - I agree to these Terms and Conditions" is grayed out... What a mess. Sorry for sending you on a goose chase Darren!

Re: 2013 Indiana Brewers Cup
Well...I never got any beers entered, but I did sign up for judging all 3 sessions and have hotel reservation at Embassy Suites Downtown. A little pricier, but my wife, mom & son are coming to hang out in Indy while I judge. So that location works out better. It's connected to Circle Center Mall. Amelia may be able to steward too.

Re: 2013 Indiana Brewers Cup
I switched my steward position to judge all 3 sessions after receiving an email plea for judges. I guess there is a crowd of stewards, but not judges this year.
Seasoned stewards - if you have an interest in judging, now's your chance.

Wow Jon, they are setting the bar pretty low this year! Looks like I will be judging all three sessions as well! I am thrilled at this opportunity, I have always been interested in judging.

I will also be judging. If there is room in John's car we can take the jockey box. I assume the 3 pass is enough or do we need the 7 pass.

Re: 2013 Indiana Brewers Cup
Chris N took a load of PIX. Everything seemed to go very well. We couldn't stay for the final awards (but I did steward a section where an OVHA member was in the mini-best of show at least]. The OVHA had a strong presence with at least four judges and as many as ten stewards? I learned quite a bit about judging and the overall awards process. Great experience and a well balanced crew!
