A little wheat ale, should finish just under 11%.

Not 11% but 10 gal of nut brown. I hope Mr Malty was right on the starter size. It looks pretty intense in there...

10 gallons of hefe in the fermenters and an 8 lb butt in the fridge...quite a busy Sunday. Thanks to Frank Tychek for lending a hand!

Just brewed an 8.5% Imperial Peppercorn Wit; hopefully it will be ready for zoo-brew.

Berliner Weisse is souring. After 2 days at 100F to 105F, I will give it a 15 minute boil and ferment. Will be ready for the Zoo

Brewed almost seventy gallons of Don Heisler's old ale recipe. It will fill up a Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrel in a few weeks!
