Has anyone used the JayBird false bottom from NorCalBrewingSolutions.com? I am working on getting all my parts lined up for a keggle conversion mash tun and the false bottom is the only thing that I have left to line out. I have read through other message boards and it seems a lot of folks reference the JayBird bottom. Just wondering if anyone in the club has used one.

Re: JayBird False Bottom
That looks like the false bottom in the SABCO with a few differences. The Sabco does not have the handle, and the Sabco has 3 adjustable "legs" to support the middle.
Other than that the small holed material works very well for the false bottom.

You gonna buy one, or be one?

Very similar to the Sabco but no feet. They have "filter" rings that sit under the bottom for support and add an extra layer of screen between the grain and pickup tube.
