I ordered yesterday. They were out of some grain until next week so they are delaying delivery a week. Grain should be here on 2/20.

This is my first time bulk ordering grain and was wondering how this works. Do I just pay Jack and pick up at Turoni's? I am splitting a bag of wheat. Is it our responsibility to split the bag or will that get figured out when I come and pick up my part of the order?
I hope that it all gets here this week. I've got a brew planned for late Friday. Hopefully not too late considering the club brew is the following morning.
