Brewing Saturday - some brown ale stuff. Northern English style, nutty, caramelly, malty goodness. Start about 8am.
If your beer doesn't come out exactly right, call a brew-over!

Re: Brew Day Open Invitations
This Sunday, June 17, I'll be brewing my first 10 gallon batch. Feel free to come by and see what I screw up (I intend to blame it on the heat). I usually start early, probably around 8:00-8:30am, and go until mid-afternoon. The address is 609 SE 1st, just south of downtown. It is mainly green with black trim. The brewery is in the garage off the alley. My cell phone is 812-449-4535.
FYI...my homebrew inventory is currently limited to dark beers, but I will have a case of IPA cold.
