Robust porter just went into the secondary, will transfer the IPA tomorrow. Both will probably go to the Brew-ha-ha. Means I gotta brew something else for the Wandering Owl....

10 gal batch of Big Brown Beaver. Basically the Brown Cow recipe tweaked for grains and hops I had on hand, but more alcohol.
What say you ladies, let's see that "Big Brown Beaver!"
And made a 5 gal batch of a DIPA...hopefully hits 9%ABV & 100 IBU's!!!
You gonna buy one, or be one?
.....I'm gonna be one!

AMERICAN PALE ALE (brewers best)

I had my brother-in-law pick out a beer to brew that he might like for his next visit, maybe i well be able to do a all grain next time.

I plan on going to Novembers brew day and do a American amber all grain.

Black IPA went into the secondary this morning. I should have both the Black IPA and the California Common (steam) beer for the November 17th meeting.

I'm planning on brewing a batch of the extract kit Dead Ringer IPA for the Liquor Locker brew expo.
