SWIRCA help for Setup, Cleanup and Servers

Post by Dutch » Sun Jul 31, 2011 6:27 am

We have three categories of help possible for the SWIRCA event. Setup, Cleanup and Servers. Servers may be asked to assist other vendors with beer of wine. Servers for these tasks are assigned in two time periods - either early half of the event or the second half [you will be notified]
I have the following people signed up from the July meeting at Turoni's:
If you are not listed correctly just post the change needed.

SWIRCA Festival volunteers

Post by jefrey3 » Thu Aug 18, 2011 8:54 am

We have lost the volunteer signup sheets that were passed around at the July meeting. JoElle needs to know this info so she can fill the openings. Please relist time and place you can work. Servers do need their permits. Thanks.

I merged these two topics. I don't think the list was lost as Dutch already posted the signups from that night.

Well carp! I just realized this date conflicts with another commitment Kim and I have, so we won't be there. That stinks! We'll miss you guys!

I can help with this wherever you need me. Also, I could get other coops/interns to help as well if you need it, and if so do they have to be 21 to help. We are always looking for volunteer opportunities.
