Need brew supplies

Post by Don » Fri Feb 26, 2010 5:53 pm

If anyone is placing an order for some brew supplies in the next 2 weeks, I could use a few thing.

2 packs Irish Ale (Wyeast Labs #1084) Yeast
3 ozs. Goldings, East Kent

I just did my quarterly order and forgot these.

Thanks

I'll be ordering early next week (probably Tuesday) if that works for you.

Thanks Jeff that will be great.

I'll pick up your controller on Monday and get it wired up this week.

Don, are Kent Goldings the same as East Kent Goldings? Do you have a preference of pellets vs. leaf?

A traditional old English hop, known as E. Kent Goldings if grown in East Kent, just Kent if Mid-Kent, and just Goldings if grown elsewhere.

If there are any British that is great but us goldings/ goldings will do.

pellets, leaf either one.

You are awesome! Now I just need to get a second hand fridge or freezer. By the way, I placed the supply order today. I had to do a little digging to find a supplier that had both of our items in stock. It's shipping from Akron, so it should be here early next week so you can go ahead and plan your Irish Red brew day.

I have been using whirlaflock and have a bag of irish moss that I have not used. You are welcome to it... it could be enough until yor next order.
