Anybody have White Labs Trappist Ale (WL500)?
I'm wanting to brew a blonde, but my starter didn't take off after 2 days on my new stir plate.
The Co-op has a vial that expired 6 months ago. So that's not an option.
I'd be especially happy with a freshly bottled belgian that I could farm from the dregs.

John,
I have some Wyeast #1214 swimming around in 12 oz bottles of beer. It's not the same as WLP500, I think it's WLP550. Not high gravity, but it would make a blonde I would think.

Some people say the glass is half empty.
Some say it's half full.
I just want to know who's drinking my damn beer!
