I have a 15-gallon aluminum pot with a valve that I installed. Used for years when I was a brewer. The pot has thick walls and will hold up well for years to come. Obviously it's already seasoned with a nice patina that serves as a barrier between the pot and the beer. Pictures attached. Contact me with questions.
