I am getting ready to buy a bag of Briess MaltGem Pilsen Malt. Interesting concept, pre milled and most of the husks and flour removed to supposedly make for a cleaner, smoother pils beer. It's on sale for $49 (after tax) @ MoreBeer with free shipping so half a bag (25 lbs) would be $24.00.
Anyone interested in splitting a bag as I only really need 25 lbs.
