Don, I have one I could sell. It’s steel, but I’d take $20 for it. In good shape.

Do you know if the tank is expired and need to be retested?

I don’t think it’s expired, but I’ll check tonight. Either way, I have exchanged an expired tank at Airgas with no issue.. I’ll post a pic of the tank when I get home.
