I'm getting a few of these cheap $5.75 CO2 Regulators and wanted to know if anyone else needs any to split up the shipping. They are called "secondary" regs and handle up to 1000 psi. Although one post on the green board said they were rated to 1800 psi making them suitable for a primary regulator. They are just the regulator body, no pressure gauges or fittings. I'm using them to build a CO2 manifold that can still serve beer and carbonate at higher pressure at the same time!

I'm also getting some cheap $5.99 0-60 psi gauges and shut-off check valves from here: LINK

All the nipples, barbs, and end caps from McMaster-Carr.

Check out this post on the green board for this idea taken to the extreme! I'm just getting three and running a T off each one to have 6 total gas outs with three different pressures, if needed. Handy if I ever get a BeerGun. This dude is just nuts.

If there is enough interest we could have a regulator building party! Wee! It's a good deal if you consider a 4 gauge one from morebeer is $150! http://morebeer.com/view_product/6914/

hi, i'm new to the forum, I realize this is an old post, but...
did you get your system set up and working?
are they rated at 1000psi or 1800?

Welcome to the Club & Message Board!

Indeed I did. Here are a couple of pics of the setup. I'll have to check on the psi rating. I believe they were stamped 1000 but I'll have to double check. The nipple on the right side feeds down to my primary regulator. I ended up attaching a long hose to one of the outlets and cranking up the pressure to around 30 and I use it to purge kegs before I rack into them. It's very convenient.
